Since joining the financial services industry in 1965, experience has ranged through banks, building societies, friendly societies, insurance companies and estate agencies.
This breadth of experience includes interaction with senior and middle managers, sales staff, call centre environments and assessment centres, together with field coaching and feedback.
He set up AET Associates over 5 years ago, and since that time has successfully provided training solutions to a number of major blue chip financial institutions throughout the UK.
